Digital Community to Honor Those We Love and Celebrate

The Legacy Trees are a digital tribute community that honors and celebrates family members, personal heroes, and role models within the Korean American community. More than a display, it weaves a narrative tapestry capturing our collective journey and achievements, allowing us to own our story and celebrate our heritage. With each addition, we not only reflect on our past but also build a bridge to the future, instilling hope and inspiration for the next generations. This living archive serves as a testament to our resilience and aspirations, fostering a sense of pride and continuity that will guide and uplift the community for years to come..

How to contribute a tribute to the Legacy Tree

To participate in the Legacy Tree project, we encourage you to follow the steps below:

  1. Reflect on a loved one, friend, or hero to whom you would like to offer a tribute through words and a photo. Determine what you would like to share about this individual.
  2. Select the appropriate level below. The financial contribution will support the development of this digital project and CKA’s ongoing mission to make Korean American stories more visible. Each addition will become a visible element of our Legacy Tree, prominently displayed at the Envision Gala and preserved as an ongoing source of inspiration.

Fill Our Legacy Tree with Hope and Inspiration

The Legacy Trees offer a unique opportunity to honor family members and friends who have profoundly impacted your life and our communities.

Choose a Legacy Level and share your inspirational stories, photos, bios, and accomplishments.

As we launch the 2024 Envision Gala with the theme “Building a Legacy of Hope,” we aim to create a lasting tribute to those who have inspired us and instill hope for a brighter future. This Legacy Tree will continue to grow, blossoming with shining examples of inspiration that enrich our community. Our Legacy will live on, a beacon of hope and resilience for generations to come.
